NRGize Workshop 2008

Kickstarting and Strengthening your Mentoring Program’ (August 2008)
Delegates from across Australia came together to talk about best practice in mentoring and to gather the knowledge and tools necessary to run effective programs. The VYMA provided elective sessions including: ‘Supervising Mentors for Successful Matches’, ‘Mixing It Up: Multicultural Considerations in Mentoring’, ‘Evaluation Tools: Mentoring and Capacity Building Initiative’ and ‘Taking Advantage of the Web’.
